During the 21st Congress, which took place from 20 – 21 September 2018 in Hamburg, Germany, the Berufsgewerkschaft DHV took important decisions for their work in an increasingly digitized world of work.
The delegates of the congress unanimously agreed to the extensive framework motion “World of work 4.0 social design”, in which, to prevent negative consequences of digitization, an active legislative and collective monitoring of the change to the World of work 4.0 is encouraged. And whereby the establishment of the motion was stimulated by representatives from politics, science, business and trade unions.
The DHV demonstrated their unity during the elections of the board. Both Henning Röders as President as well as Anne Kiesow as his Deputy were unanimously re-elected. Jörg Hebsacker, the 75-year-old Honorary President of the DHV will continue to advise the newly elected board.
